Chat communication solves time lags in communication with universities and candidates confirmed for interviews.

Chat function between the university and the company, and with students/mid-career candidates who have gone on to interview. This will save time and effort, enable timely communication, and greatly streamline operations compared to when it was done by traditional email or phone.

Materials are uploaded in advance. Required documents are also paperless.

Upload materials that need to be shared with students (seminar/information session materials, etc.) in advance. If the barcode is scanned at the time of the seminar/information session, attendance confirmation is reflected in the system in real time.
