1. Introduction

Welcome to MyResource, a professional recruitment and engagement platform operated by ERP Tohama Co., Ltd. MyResource enables verified companies to discover, evaluate, and recruit university students and recent graduates in partnership with universities using the MyUniversity platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MyResource by companies and recruiters. By using this platform, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

MyResource allows employers to:

- Post job and internship opportunities

- Schedule and conduct interviews with students (in person or virtually)

- Access student profiles, resumes, and seminar attendance records

- Send and manage job offers

- View seminar reviews and participation history

- Collaborate with universities in student outreach and candidate referrals

- Monitor internship progress and recruitment statuses

- Track seminar participation via QR code scanning through the mobile application

3. User Eligibility

- Only verified companies and organizations approved by ERP Tohama may access MyResource.

- Each company must designate a responsible user administrator to manage its account.

- Individual users must be authorized representatives of the registered organization.

4. Data Access and Use

Employers using MyResource may collect and view:

- Student names, contact details, resumes, and academic profiles

- Interview availability and participation logs

- Internship updates and feedback from university partners

- Seminar attendance and QR code check-in history

Employers agree to:

- Use student data exclusively for recruitment, interview scheduling, internship monitoring, seminar reviews, or job offer purposes

- Refrain from using the data for unrelated marketing or profiling

- Protect student information in accordance with applicable data protection laws

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers shall:

- Ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of job postings

- Treat student data as confidential and handle it with professional integrity

- Respond to student applications and interview requests in a timely manner

- Avoid discriminatory or exploitative practices in recruitment and engagement

- Use camera functionality only for authorized QR code seminar attendance tracking

6. Student Communication and Offers

- All communication with students should occur through approved platform channels

- Companies may schedule interviews directly or via MyUniversity coordination

- All job offers should be clearly documented and traceable through the platform

7. Platform Access and Restrictions

ERP Tohama reserves the right to:

- Modify or suspend platform features at any time

- Audit employer activity for compliance and quality assurance

- Suspend or terminate accounts that breach this agreement or misuse data

8. Fees and Payment

Use of the platform may be free or subject to a fee depending on the selected plan. Companies will be informed of any applicable charges during onboarding. Additional premium services may incur separate fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding on MyResource remain the intellectual property of ERP Tohama Co., Ltd. Employers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for authorized recruitment purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

ERP Tohama shall not be liable for:

- The success or failure of recruitment efforts

- Inaccuracies in student-provided data

- Employment disputes arising from platform use

Use of MyResource is at the employer’s own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

ERP Tohama may suspend or terminate access for:

- Violation of these terms

- Unethical or illegal recruitment behavior

- Misuse of student data or platform features

Employers may request account closure at any time. Upon termination, data access is revoked, and sensitive data will be removed or anonymized per our retention policy.

12. Changes to Terms

ERP Tohama may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be handled in accordance with the legal procedures of the Republic of Kenya.
